Initially, model is prepared using Building Information Model technology according to architectural 2d (AutoCAD) drawings (See: Photo - 2).

Entering MEP information
Afterwards, to implement Energy Analyzes (Heating and Cooling Load Analyze) of model correctly, we are adding all below important information for each space and zone.
⋆ Outdoor Design Condition of location (Yearly minimum and maximum temperature, humidity and wind speed values).
⋆ Indoor Design Condition (Required temperature, humidity and outdoor air rate values)
⋆ Facility schedule values (daily and weekly occupancy schedule, lighting schedule and other equipment usage schedule)
Implementing Energy Analyzes
For the heating and cooling load analyze we are using latest ASHRAE technology RTS – Radiant Time Series (See: Photo - 3).
Finally, to meet required calculated heating and cooling loads we are choosing most proper MEP devices and systems. During MEP design we are considering ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning), SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), IPC (International Plumbing Code) and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) standards. All equipment, ventilation ducts, pipes, electric trays location and sizes will be prepared 3D and presented to Client.
